Painting of valves

1. Cast iron, carbon steel, alloy steel valves, the external surface needs to be painted factory, valve internal and external surface can be used to meet the spray process instead.

2. The painting layer shall be durable, beautiful and clear. Use non-toxic paint that can meet the use temperature.

3. The painting layer of handwheel parts shall be in accordance with the contract provisions or enterprise standards.

5. Acid resistant steel and stainless steel valve pressure bearing shell surface shall not be painted. If painting is required by the contract, it shall be painted according to the contract requirements.

6. Painting of valve driving device: the painting color of the surface of manual gear transmission mechanism and valve driving device (pneumatic, electric and hydraulic) shall be generally in accordance with the provisions of enterprise standards. When the user's order contract requires, the color specified by the user shall be adopted.
