What are the installation requirements for fire protection valves and smoke exhaust valves in fire fighting?

1. The fire valve can be interlocked with the ventilator and exhaust fan.

2. The operating mechanism side of the valve should have a clean space of not less than 200mm for maintenance.

3. Before installing the valve, check whether the operating mechanism of the valve is in good condition and whether the action is flexible and effective.

4. The fire valve should be installed in the air duct section close to the wall or floor, the fire valve on both sides of the fire partition wall should not be more than 200mm from the wall surface, the fire valve on both sides of the 2.0m range of the pipe and its insulation material should be non-combustible material.

5. The fireproof valve should be equipped with a separate support hanger to prevent the pipe deformation from affecting its performance in case of fire.

6. The fusible link of the fire valve should be installed on the side facing the greater risk of fire.
